The programme is perfect for anyone currently leading a team and would like to enhance their skills or who will manage a team in the future.

This course includes:

• Learn the principles of team leading
• Develop the knowledge needed to support communication with a range of stakeholders at different levels
• Learn how to keep your staff safe
• Understand how to support the personal development of your team

Start date: 21 March 2023

End date: 9 May 2023

Duration: Three hours one day per week over 8 weeks

Qualifications: NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading.
