Apprenticeship summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who wishes to work in customer service. You will need to be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Problem solving skills are essential.

Intermediate
- Resolve queries made by customers regarding their orders
- Provide administrative support other office staff
- Process customer orders
- File and retrieve information and documents
- Answering the main line telephone
- Providing cover for other sales staff
- Any other Customer service duties as assigned by your line manager
- Delivery of the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship will be through regular monthly visits in the workplace
- Completion of maths and English Functional skills Level 1 or Level 2 if necessary
- On completion of the apprenticeship a full-time position will await within the business
