NEURODIVERSITY IN THE WORKPLACE (1 days training)
Training Aims
- Understanding the value of a neurodiverse staff within your organisation
- Identifying the strengths of neurodivergent staff and limiting potential barriers in the workplace
- Understanding the negative connotation associated with neurodivergence and subverting them
- Developing policies that take neurodiversity in to account
