Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation
  • Manage and organise files, records, and documents
  • Assist with data entry, scheduling, and managing correspondence
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required
  • Support the team with daily office tasks and special projects
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks

Business Administrator Level 3 (A level) Apprenticeship Standard

  • Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
